Global Legacy Group, LLC is a real estate tech company whose primary focus is to provide affordable housing solutions for low income and displaced families. These solutions would include eco-lux alternative builds such as container homes, modular homes, and barndo-miniums. Each of these solutions are cost effective and environmentally conscious structures. These structures reduce build times compared to the traditional stick builds as well as reduce the carbon footprint in each community. Our eco-lux alternative structures include self-sustaining features such as solar panels, water collection systems, and micro algae pools which will all be monitored on one system.

Problem.
At Global Legacy, LLC we recognize the affordable housing crisis occurring in the city of Atlanta. Our plan is to address the housing crisis by starting with Fulton County, GA, which has a 13% poverty rate in comparison to the national average.

Solution.
Our mission is to build alternative structures to provide housing to low income families. We believe our eco-lux structures will quickly reduce the growing housing issue.
Our eco-lux alternative structures are nearly a zero waste building. Solar, Solid Waste Alternatives, Water Collection systems, Green HVAC are some of the features we incorporated to reach this level of efficiency. These environmentally friendly approaches are economically feasible while providing a higher quality product. A higher quality product in combination with a reduced production effort gives us a competitive edge that we utilize in our relationships with close government entities.
